Who we are
Sentient AI ("we", "us") is the trading brand of its registered operating entity. Legal entity details are disclosed on engagement contracts and invoices. This page covers the use of this website, sentient-ai.tech, and the information you choose to share with us through it.
What we collect
We collect personal information only when you submit it deliberately: through the contact form (name, job title, company, business email, phone, country, industry, area of interest, and your message) or through the readiness diagnostic's optional results form (the same identity fields plus the diagnostic scores you choose to send). The diagnostic itself runs entirely in your browser; no answers or scores leave your device unless you submit the form.
How we use it
We use the information you submit for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and arranging the briefing or discussion you requested. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not profile you beyond the context of your inquiry. Form submissions are transmitted via a form-processing provider and delivered to our mailbox; email is hosted on Google Workspace.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance and collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) to operate the service.
Retention and your rights
We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and then per ordinary business record-keeping. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@sentient-ai.tech. We respond to all such requests without undue delay.

Representative outcomes are published with figures anonymized and reflect work delivered by the firm's principals; specifics are available under NDA.
